uugh!:
Scholastic is teaching my kids bad english and poor writing! Yes, they love it, but they would also love to live on cotton candy!
My Review for Bionicle Chronicles 3; Makuta's Revenge:
Hi. (...) This is an awesome book, giving information from comics, the web, and also totally new stuff!. Even though, like Beware the Bohrok, it is based on the comics a lot, I rate this 4 stars because I thought the interesting story of Vakama giving the Kanohi Vahi (Mask of Time) to Tahu Nuva was very awesome! Yet another great job Cathy Hapka (writer)! From a true Bionicle fan, Nicholas
Keeps you guessing at what happens next:
I really thought the book was very good. There were 3 bionicle books, but I thought that Makusta's Revenge was the best one. I read the book because I really like bionicles, and I thought that I would like it. I liked the book because the Toa Nuva fought withour their powers and because they could only use the masks of power. I also liked it because you never knew what was going to happen next.
Strictly for Bionicle Fans:
My 6-year old loves everything Bionicle. He was already familiar with the characters from the website. The books, which aren't exactly written for the discerning reader, do flesh out the characters and storylines. My son loves these books, but I can't give them all 5 stars because the writing is annoying.
