Handy to have at hand:
I'm a big fan of stanek's pocket consultant guide series. Stanek knows Windows better than anyone else on the planet and better still, he's not afraid to share everything he knows in his books. Like his other books, the Vista pocket consultant is clear, concise, and packed with helpful advice. This is one you'll use and refer to often.
Excellent book chock full of support advice!:
I love William Stanek's books. Like his others, every chapter and almost every section of Windows Vista Admin Pocket Consultant has helpful tips and advice for support and troubleshooting. The last 100 pages cover advanced, support and troubleshooting exclusively. A MUST have for admin and developers.
