I have known the author of The Gun Digest Book of Concealed Carry for about ten years now, and also know several of the people mentioned and pictured in this book. Reading through it felt like attending an extended lecture from one of Mas's classes at the Lethal Force Institute. This book covers pretty much every aspect of concealed carry that you will need to know. I can't recommend it more.
Finally evidence of what we've heard as "true":
Mas does it again. Everyone who carries has heard an opinion of "carry reloads" or "carry factory" for ammo - not to mention every other opinion for carry purposes. Mas (Massad Ayoob - Principal of Lethal Force Institute) goes through not only logical reasons, but when appropriate he documents court cases for everything he suggests. This is a great book by one of the renowned experts in this field. Been reading articles in several gun related magazines by Mass Ayoob for quite a while now and he never lets you down when it comes to knowledge of gun related topics. This book is another example of that.
