Wide but not very deep:
This book is a great introduction to the myriad of requirements for running a successful bakery. I would have liked more specific examples throughout the book; however, they somewhat make up for this by suggesting other sources for information. All in all, I find it very helpful.
Very Informational:
This book covered everything a small bakery owner would ever need to run a financially successful business. All of the information was invaluable and I recommend this to anyone who is serious about owning their own bakery.
how to open a financially successful bakery:
THIS IS ONE OF THE BEST BOOKS WRITTEN FOR DEVISING AND COMING UP WITH AN AWESOME BUSINESS PLAN FOR AND HOW TO BOOK ON THIS SUBJECT, NO ONE SHOULD OPEN A BAKERY WITHOUT IT!
good for someone who wants to manage a bakery:
This book is excellent for someone who plans on managing a bakery--having lots of employees to do the actual baking, serving on people, cleaning, etc. If you are opening a small operation with yourself doing the majority of the work, this is good reading for when you expand.
