Andrew's mother and father always ask very clearly if Andrew needs to go pee, and his answer is always, "No, no, no, no." Unfortunately, that answer never seems to last long!

Funny, but a little crude.:
This book is very funny if you don't mind reading for 5 minutes about a boy who needs to pee. My son thinks it's hilarious, but then he's 12 and a little crude sometimes himself. I don't read it to my preschool class, because it does not convey an attitude that I want them to have. Also, some parents might find it a little offensive. All in all, it is funny but not for a group.
Excellent Service:
This book was perfect for a grandchildren gift. No one can write quite like Robert Munsch. It seems he actually "lives" in children's heads!
Cute and funny, but it's not a potty training book.:
Note:
When I first obtained this book I made the assumption that it was a potty training book, and I wrote the review below. Someone pointed out that this book doesn't necesarily advertise itself as a potty training book. It's just a funny story. OK, that's fair. I can't change the stars but I do see the point. I suppose if I saw it just as a funny book for children I'd give it more stars. ------------------------------------------------- This is not a book that actually teaches anything... more info
Another great Munsch:
My son, who has just finished potty training, loves this book. He finds it humorous as do the grown ups that are reading it to him - which is great especially in this stage of repetitive book reading. We have a great time reading it together.
