The online material is fine, but I am a little traditional and like to read from a paper page rather than a screen. I think it's just a matter of what you like.
More Than Just an Exam Cram:
Although this book is centered on the preparation for the reader to take one of the CCNA examinations, it is more than that. In reality this book is an excellent introduction into the whole concept behind routing as conducted 'a la Cisco.' It covers routing in general and then gives an excellent introduction into the Cisco products that handle routing.
