This was a gift for a 2-year old who's daddy is a Chicago Cubs fan. So the two of them may be fighting over who gets to play with it if the season continues to go as well as it has so far (03-June-08).
Fun toy for adults too:
I bought this for my boyfriend's birthday (he's in his 30's) and he loves it. A great gift for the diehard Cubs fan. It would have been nice to have an arm that was swinging the bat, rather than just him leaning on the bat, but it's still a cool toy.
My Wife Loves It:
My wife and I are both huge Cub fans. She also loves the old Mr. Potato head toys. When I saw this, I couldn't resist getting it for her. It's the smaller size spud, perfect for her desk at work. People comment on it all the time. She'll even switch the accessories around if the team is in a slump. Our only wish is that they had given the spud the ability to be at bat rather than leaning on the bat. But that's just a minor quibble. Perfect for sports fans and kids of all ages.
