This workout is not for the faint of heart. It's for the workout enthusiast who is ready to take their workout to another level. Jillian is powerful and I love this workout. The most intense 20 minutes:
I consider myself to be in fairly good shape. I'm about 15 pounds heavier than I'd like to be, but I go the gym at least 3 days a week. I usually run a mile and do a 12-machine weight circuit. I'm a single mom and a full-time student and I got this video to supplement at home when I can't get to the gym. I watched the level 1 first it and it looked like it would be pretty easy. The intro is way too long...:
I love the workouts. I hate the fact that it takes at least five minutes before you can even get TO the workouts. You are forced to watch the intro every time you want to use the dvd. There is no way to jump to the main menu. It kind of defeats the whole 20 minute workout idea. Other than that one little issue, I really do enjoy the workouts.

I found the workouts to be grueling and I love them! I have lost inches and pounds I'm close to where I want to be now! Jillian is awesome! I wish I could meet her face to face...
