This is such a great scale. Very easy to use!! And once you have the hang of using the scale it provides a lot of great information.
Exactly what you need to manage your diet plan:
This product was recommended by the dietitians at the Duke Diet and Fitness Center, and I have been using it to manage my diet for the last 3 weeks. It provides a comprehensive analysis of nearly all foods you are likely to encounter, and it is quick and easy to use. It has a mode that allows you to program foods and enter nutritional information not in the database, but I have not found this necessary in general. The capacity is at least 7 lbs - perhaps more. I recommend without reservations.
