A good value:
Comfortable and priced right, this headset works well with my Blackberry 8310 most of the time. Significant interference noise occurs at seemingly random times, but I suspect this is due to the Blackberry.
Wound up returning:
I often had to much static in my ear to hear anyone clearly. And while people listening to me could hear and understand, if I switched to the phone itself they'd say with relief, "Oh, that's much better." Also, the earbud wasn't very comfortable for longer conversations--though I know people with bigger ears who really like this style earbud. Am wondering if there are any truly good bluetooth headsets out there, because I've read of similar issues even with the higher-priced Jawbone and BlueAnt.
Disappointed with background noise.:
I've owned several bluetooth headsets, and this is yet another mediocre disappointment in technology. Reception is poor. If my phone is on one side of my body and the headset is on the other, there is static. Not ear-deafening static, but still at less than 3 feet there should be no static. If you're driving in your car using the headset, forget turning on any AC or heat. The blowing air sounds like a freight train to the person on the other end. Any air at all that blows past the mic is painfully magnified... more info
Noise Cancelling???:
Good BT for quiet enviroments. As a truck driver, I can say this headset is very irritating to the people I call. Way too much background noise! This device works great in every other respect, but to call it noise-cancelling is not very accurate.
