Customer Review: I have the 7th edition which was in our required book list for school. It is one of the only books I have used every semester, and I'm sure I'll use it in this last semester. I couldn't have done my evidence based papers or nursing care plans without it.
Customer Review: I already had the "larger" Ackley's when we were told this was a required book. I was skeptical that it would be more helpful than the large version, but it is so quick and handy, not to mention that you can tote it in a lab coat pocket or your purse. Customer Review: every nursing student needs a nursing dx book/care plan book. this book is definitely a great option. it includes med/surg, peds, psych, ob,..... nursing dx and care plans. my senior suggests this book to me last year. i think it is awesome and i will recommend to any nursing student out there.
