Customer Review: This is a great economical drive enclosure for hard drives. Simple to install drives and use (plug and play). I have intermittantly used two of these enclosures for over a month with old IDE hard drives. Although the enclosure has no fan, the sturdy aluminum housing adequately dissipates heat.

Customer Review: If you are planning to install and then later remove your hard drive to/from this enclosure, don't buy it. It's impossible to remove the drive without damaging the enclosure. Otherwise no problem with it.
