Customer Review: This rim is single walled and a great bargain. I built a front wheel out of it pairing and radially lacing it to a 18 hole ultegra hub. The breaking surface is machined and is very high in quality. The Effective Rim Diameter (ERD)is 602.9mm. only draw back is that its heavy.
Customer Review: For a cheap conversion to fixed gear, this is perfect. I'm not a huge skidder, so it doesn't really matter to me how strong the hub is. I've been using it in a pretty tall gear (49/14) and it hasn't had any problems yet. It's a bit heavy, but it doesn't pretend to be a racing wheel. A month on... more info
