Customer Review: I fully subscribe to the old shoe "a picture is worth a thousand words" and one thing his book does is give you more than adequate views of what's being described in text. I brings you up to date on all the merid of changes that have occured. Of course as soon as someone writes a book like this it... more info
Customer Review: I'm an electrical engineer and in the Telecomm buisness. I've read a lot of books on communications and this has to be one of the worst, luckily I didn't pay for it. The writing is poor and it doesn't commuicate ideas clearly. There is better books out there on the exact same subject.
Customer Review: I must give this book 5 stars. I am not a big fan of the " dummies" series nor am I new to web graphics. I had sooooo much trouble with MIC , even the bottun editor. The exam questions were not at all like the flash cards. And the cd-rom that came with the flash cards could only be installed on a palm top, which I do not... more info
Customer Review: Despite being used for decades controlling safety/time-critical non-linear manufacturing processes (and other applications), the neural networks/AI label evokes images from science fiction by the general media. Beyond the initially intimidating title, this book is of real use to researchers... more info
