Customer Review: This book is by-far the best book for learning Cocoa Programming and understanding why you doing what you are. The book is based on Aaron's years of working with and teaching Cocoa programming at NeXT, Apple and his company Big Nerd Ranch. Aaron keep's the book moving with small logically laid out... more info
Customer Review: Greatest Java book ever written. In fact, it's beyond a 'java book', once many tips from here are 'universal tips'. It's a great book for those who already have at least 4 or 5 programming years (code enough different projects), 'cause you'll notice several (apparently) minor mistakes that... more info
Customer Review: This is awesome! All developers MUST have this book. You can apply to not only Java but other programming language, Ruby, PHP, C# etc. But you have to have basic knowledge of Java to read this book though. Anyway, you should get it one now.

Customer Review: I thinks this is a great book for anyone wanting to learn or have a reference on design patterns. It does expect the user to know OO C++. It is definetly a book for software engineers to have on their collection.

Customer Review: This book is pretty comprehensive. I started learning WCF with the 15-part web series provided by Mrs. Bustamante that accompanies her book. Learning WCF: A Hands-on Guide I highly recommend her read if you are getting started. However, if you have some familiarity with WCF - this one will take... more info
Customer Review: I really liked Mr.Moock's book, as it goes from the fundamentals to crystal clear object oriented programming. As an AS2 programmer I filled gaps to make a succesfull switch to ActionScript3.0, and got a good grip in Flex also. Recommended!
Customer Review: I'm looking for a comparision between James Bucanek's "Beginning Xcode" (which I already have) and Fritz Anderson's "Xcode 3 Unleashed" (which I don't have). I do see an advantage in that "Unleashed" is based on Xcode 3, versus "Beginning" dating back to Xcode 2 (2006). I also see lots of raves... more info
