Customer Review: This is my second time to purchase this type of blue tooth device. The first one I ever purchased was like this, and I have owned several others. Despite the larger part that fits behind the ear, the speaker fits snugly in the ear and blocks out peripheral noise. Very satisfied.

Customer Review: I received my Jawbone and anxiously opened it and charged it. When it was fully charged I tried to use it. I was able to hear the other caller clearly, but they could not hear me at all. I sent it back for another. The next one would shut down by itself after a second or two.
