Customer Review: This is my second time to purchase this type of blue tooth device. The first one I ever purchased was like this, and I have owned several others. Despite the larger part that fits behind the ear, the speaker fits snugly in the ear and blocks out peripheral noise. Very satisfied.
Customer Review: I've always avoided using bluetooth headsets because I could never hear out of them and they always felt uncomfortable in my ear.
This is the first headset that I can hear out of and I can wear it in my ear for hours without even thinking about it.
I love the re-charging case. When I'm... more info
Customer Review: To be honest, for me the fit was a secondary problem. One other person at least mentioned this, but I think the hyper-sensitivity of the switch is a worse problem. Why? Because you can't store the unit anywhere on your person without activating/deactivating the switch. In your pocket? It will... more info

Customer Review: I received my Jawbone and anxiously opened it and charged it. When it was fully charged I tried to use it. I was able to hear the other caller clearly, but they could not hear me at all. I sent it back for another. The next one would shut down by itself after a second or two.
Customer Review: Works fine in the daylight. Unusable at night since the nonstop, blinking blue light right at the edge of the driver's field of vision is so annoying. I assume the designers were stoned when they decided that would be a good idea.
Customer Review: I ordered a BlueAnt Z9i from DBRoth, an Amazon partner. The price was about the same as other discount dealers on the web. Since the product is not directly in the Amazon supply chain, it takes a few extra days to get the product but you are told the estimated arrival time in advance. The headset... more info
Customer Review: I have been using these for a short while so far. My two complaints are that they hurt my ears and sometimes they are slow to make a bluetooth connection to my phone which is an iPhone. I don't know if that is an iPhone issue or a headset issue. Maybe my ears are small, but they hurt the inside of... more info
