Customer Review: I received my Kindle as a gift in August and have throroughly enjoyed it but couldn't have as much without the Windwalker guide. I, of course, downloaded it right after getting the Kindle and was so impressed I ordered the hard copy so I would be easier able to reference something as I was reading... more info
Customer Review: I actually returned this book, which I don't do often. I was hoping it would be more like Office 2003 Timesaving Techniques for Dummies, which doesn't seem to have a 2007 version yet, but was very basic. And it doesn't address Business Contact Manager at All. Granted, it's trying to cover a lot... more info
Customer Review: I'd been tinkering with Outlook for a while trying to use it to manage my email and scheduling, but it just seemed too complicated. Mr. Linenberger presents a well thought out, efficient and effective method for using Outlook that I easily adapted to my own needs.

Customer Review: Everything was organized as all of these books are, regardless of the subject, and that was like talking to a welcome friend. Everything was easy to find as long as I knew the right questions to ask. I also use this software at my work and it was a double help in that.
Customer Review: The book is extra ordinary, easy to use and as detailed as you desire to go. In addition it offers a CD-ROM with an array of goodies. For me the print templates were of great value. I can highly recommend the title as you will find an answer for almost anything related to Outlook.

Customer Review: Save your money and go see a Three Stooges movie. Microsoft should have

I also wanted to be able to find it easily, sort and create specific customized reports. This book gives me concise instructions that I... more info
Customer Review: I was trying to find information online on MS Exchange replication. MS has terrible documentation. I opened this book to the relevant chapter and had my answer in under 5 minutes. This book is great.
Customer Review: The organization fo the book and the content did not seem to fit our needs. We were new users to Outlook, as we had used a competitive product prior to it. Perhaps, we were expecting more detail solutions to learning the product.
