Customer Review: This book is very helpful but confuses me at times since it has so many small mini indexes and sections, but besides that very helpful.
Customer Review: I do appreciate the subject of food, health and disease presented by the author for simplification, but is the subject of how to eat for optimal health and wellbeing indeed this simple? Customer Review: I ordered this not realizing that I would need internet access to use the CD. While out in the field, I don't have an internet connection available (wireless either). Not being able to use this offline defeated the purpose of purchasing it with the CD.
Customer Review: The first half of the book is very interesting. It covers a variety of situations that human cadavers are used in science and medicine. The last half of the book goes off-topic about historical uses of cadavers (mummies, etc) to just weird (folk medicine).
